We provide a range of services for seniors who are downsizing and families who are clearing out an estate after a loved one passes. Typical services include:

• Securing the home (if no longer occupied) & arranging for surveillance
• Disposing of perishable items and donating non-perishable items
• Assisting the family in determining what items to keep
• Shipping large furniture items and fragile heirlooms to loved ones
• Selling, donating, recycling and/or disposing of all remaining items including full estate sale services
• Coordinating lawn care, painting, repair, movers and specialty services (smoke/pet odor mitigation, pest control, etc.)
• Deep cleaning the entire home to prepare it for sale
• Other services as requested
